Small flying devices are more and more often used in everyday life. They help filmmakers, farmers or construction workers. But can they be useful, and if so, how can they be used on the production floor?
At this point, drones are most often used for filming. Thus, they can be a great addition to our monitoring system. The use of a drone will allow us to easily and effectively control the production and prevent possible theft.
Although drones currently available on the market are not adapted to this type of tasks, in the future they may also be helpful in carrying light objects. Such tests are being conducted by Amazon, which last year got approval from the US aviation regulator (FAA) to commercially use drones in delivering orders to customers.
